Our 100% Refund Guarantee

If we fail to deliver your professional website, Google Business Profile registration, or Meta/TikTok Ads Guide as promised in our Business Launch Package, you are entitled to a 100% refund of any payments made.

Please note that this refund guarantee applies only to these three specific deliverables: the professional website, Google Business registration, and the Meta/TikTok Ads guide.

When You Can Request a Refund

You qualify for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Failure to Deliver: Built by Oma fails to deliver the completed website, Google Business setup, or Ads Guide within the agreed scope.
• Resolution Opportunity: If there is a failure or issue on our part, we are allowed a reasonable opportunity to correct and resolve the issue before a refund is considered. If we fail to resolve it after this opportunity, you are entitled to the refund.

What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

To protect our team's time and effort while remaining fair to our customers, refunds are not available in the following situations:

• Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service or package after we have already commenced design and development work.
• Client Delays or Unavailability: If you fail to provide the required materials, copy, logos, images, or login credentials needed to complete the work, or if you become unavailable during the process.
• Post-Approval Dislike: Once a deliverable has been completed, reviewed, and approved by you, it cannot be refunded simply because you later change your mind or decide you do not want it.
• Third-Party Issues and Delays: We do not control third-party platforms. Delays, review times, suspensions, or decisions made by third parties (such as Google Maps/Business verification or Meta/TikTok Ads review) do not automatically trigger a refund. We distinguish between our failure to deliver and a third party's failure or delay. We do not promise specific timelines for outcomes controlled by these third-party platforms.

How to Request a Refund
